ARCABO Factory

Our chalets are built in our own manufacturing halls in the Netherlands by competent and trained employees using modern processes.

The basis of our production process is a carousel system that is also used in the automotive industry. In every step of this process, the high quality finishing of a chalet is guaranteed through strict quality control.

Personal wishes, such as colour and design, are guided and controlled by our complex computer system and integrated into the advanced production process.

In the computer system, in addition to a meticulous selection of materials, cutting is essential. The cutting forms the basis for quality and service life and every length and mitre must be 100% perfect.
