Recently, we successfully transported three of our high-quality homes, built entirely in accordance with building regulations, from our production facility in Nieuwleusen to the parking area at Haersolteweg. This was carried out in collaboration with Klomp Transport during a carefully executed night transport.
The chalets – weighing an impressive 18 tons – were then placed with utmost precision at their final location using a large crane. By the end of March, the remaining four homes will follow, completing this exceptional project.
We develop these sustainable homes with a strong focus on quality and living comfort. Each home is equipped with an A++++ energy label and is situated on a spacious plot ranging from 369 to 405 m², allowing residents to fully enjoy space and tranquility.
Thanks to the integrated underfloor heating and cooling system with an efficient heat pump, combined with a PV installation, the home remains comfortable and energy-efficient throughout the year.
